Tips and Insights on Ministry From a Great Minister of Education

My good friend and co-laborer for Christ at Quail, Ray Griffin, is blogging insights and tips he’s learned through his years of experience in ministry.  It’s a great resource for that first-year pastor struggling through things like calling, marriage enrichment, etc. And I’ve enjoyed seeing some of his reasoning behind his ministry here.

Talking with Ray personally, I know he’s going to “open source” things like how to handle funerals and weddings, conflict, etc. — all things a rookie pastor or minister will be faced with.
