Blogging Tip: Another Great Reason to Get an Amazon Book Affiliate Account

If you don’t have an Amazon Associates account, you’re missing out on commissions for recommending books to your readers. (It doesn’t change the cost of the book, you just get rewarded for helping others discover great books.)

Amazon is currently offering 4% extra commissions on sales from your Amazon aStore — see my aStore for an example — through Dec. 31. Omakase links also earn an extra 4% commission. These are the links that are automatically generated based on someone’s buying history with Amazon.
You can also offer gift certificates too for the holiday season. Sample ads look like this:
