Podcasting My Pastor
One of the joys in ministry is serving with a man you love, admire, respect, pray for and who simply follows God …
Having heard some of the “best” preachers in the Southern Baptist Convention while I served on a seminary staff, I think I can safely say … my pastor — Dr. Hance Dilbeck — is an outstanding communicator of the Word of God.
I’ve served under his leadership since June 2006 and now I’m proud to announce that you can listen to him via podcast and download his sermons in video format. His sermons have been online for a while now in MP3 format, but some of our outstanding volunteers have labored to widen his impact through iTunes, video, podcasting, etc. [See my previous post on Podcasting here.]
The icing on the cake for me is that although I’m a part-time seminary student, I work and serve in a pastoral leadership lab. I’ve enjoyed watching, listening and learning as Hance ministers and I thank God for his example in my life.
